+ Can I do the installation myself?
Yes! All wall packages come with a comprehensive installation kit including all the neccessary hardware and step-by-step instructions. Power tools such as a miter saw, table saw, brad nailer, and drill are required for installation; therefore, a professional finish carpenter is recommended.
+ Why does my cart show a large number when ordering?
The cart parameters display the approximate square footage of your wall. The actual wall (and all requied pieces) will come based off your measurements provided on the Dynamic Walls Calculator.
+ What does "hanging height" mean on the Dynamic Walls Calculator?
Hanging height refers to the distance from the floor that your removable floating shelves and picture hooks will anchor/hang (in other words, it represents the heights of the horizontal mouldings relative to the floor). Remember, you can remove and reposition your floating shelves and picture hooks anywhere along the horizontal mouldings.
+ What if I have a cold air return or electrical outlet in the way?
Cold air return - You can cut this access above the C moulding and, in most cases, re-install the vent cover. Our instructions explain more about this process.
Electrical outlet - The panel face will be approximately 1” off the wall therefore a typical plug or switch extender solves this problem.
+ Where are Dynamic Walls made and what are they made from?
Proudly made in Canada.
Panels - Our panels are 1/2” thick low density fiberboard made from recycled wood products. These panels are lightweight and have sound deadening properties perfect for bedrooms, entertainment walls, offices, and large open spaces. They absorb sound with an STC rating of approximately 25 and have a minor R-value as a result of the material composition.
Mouldings - The mouldings are made of wood; a combination of Poplar and Maple.
+ What is your 10 to 1 Commitment?
Our product takes from the environment so it’s only fair we give back. For every tree consumed by our mouldings we replant ten.
+ Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in Canada and the the United Sates. We are currently offering free shipping Canada wide. For orders outside Canada & the United States please send us an email and we'll provide you with a quote.
+ How long will my order take to ship?
Shipping times are estimated to be approximately 4-6 weeks.
